If there’s an issue with your Gymrat Jerky, or if you’re simply not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

How it Works:
If you experience a problem with your product or are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at admin@mithrasnutrition.com.
We’ll work with you to discuss the situation and arrange for the product to be returned.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
  • Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging where possible.
