We offer simple shipping options via Australia Post both domestically and internationally. Most orders will be on their way to you within one or two business days of us receiving your order!
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland (where we offer discounted local shipping), but our flat rate shipping prices for anywhere else in the country are as follows:
Standard Shipping: $9.95 (2 to 8 business days).
Express Shipping: $14.95 (1 to 4 business days).
Free Shipping: Get it shipped FREE by Standard Post when your order is $100+
NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
Kiwis: we've got you covered with flat rate shipping too.
Standard Shipping: $14.95 AUD (8 to 15 business days)
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Even if you're not down under, we'd still love to supply you with some protein!
Due to Customs regulations, we can't unfortunately send our beef everywhere, but there's still plenty of spots on our list! Places like the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Switzerland are known for repping our protein.
Unfortunately, we can't ship our beef to the United States right now due to Customs regulations, but we're hoping to make some moves on that soon!
International shipping is currently broken down into several different zones, where the cost you pay for shipping depends on which zone your country falls in, as well as the weight of your order.
Additionally, some zones only have access to Express Shipping, based on unreasonably excessive shipping times through Standard Post.
For the most accurate estimate, we do recommend adding products to your cart to see shipping availability as well as what your exact shipping costs would be.
Any import duties and/or taxes that may apply to your order are to be paid by the customer.
We do our best to get your package to you quickly, but customs clearance is something that's out of our control that can add extra delays.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure products can be imported to their country legally.
