Shipping and Delivery

We offer simple shipping options via Australia Post both in Australia and New Zealand. Most orders will be on their way to you within one or two business days of us receiving your order! 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland (where we offer $6.95 local shipping within Brisbane), but our flat rate shipping prices for anywhere else in the country are as follows:

Standard Shipping: $9.95 (2 to 8 business days).

Express Shipping: $14.95 (1 to 4 business days).

Free Shipping: Get it shipped FREE by Standard Post when your order is $105+

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

Kiwis: we've got you covered with flat rate shipping too.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 AUD (4 to 10 business days)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

While I'd really love to, we can't currently ship our beef to most international destinations due to Customs regulations. And sadly, this includes places like the US, Europe, and Asia :(

FAILED DELIVERIES

Sometimes (usually if AusPost doesn't receive a valid address, or if it's left waiting at the Post Office for too long), they'll mark a delivery as failed and try and return it to sender (us).

In these cases, we require a payment of $14.95 to reship the items in your order, as the original order often takes months to be returned and we can't just send your package back to you for free at that point! This payment is waived if you add Shipping Protection to your original order.

The best way to avoid this however is to please check your delivery address carefully and make sure you've entered your full address, as well as getting in touch with your local Post Office once they've informed you they're holding onto your package! 99% of deliveries run smoothly so please help us keep this number high!
